Our founder, John Linares, has served in numerous executive business and legal roles at Fortune 500 companies and served as an associate in the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of an Am Law 50 law firm. He earned his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and his M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management.
